• Payment information (processed securely through Stripe; we do not see or store your full card number)

We collect this information directly from you, through our Facebook page or Messenger, our Facebook Marketplace listing, phone, email, or our Stripe checkout and invoices.

How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

• Process and fulfill your rental order
• Coordinate delivery and pickup
• Communicate with you about your rental
• Send invoices, receipts, and updates

Communications

We may contact you by phone call, text message, email, or Facebook Messenger to coordinate your rental. Standard message and data rates from your carrier may apply. You can ask us to stop non-essential messages at any time; we will still send messages needed to complete an active rental.

Payment Processing

All payments are securely processed through Stripe. We do not store your full payment details.

Sharing Your Information

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We may share information only when necessary to:

• Complete your rental service (for example, with Stripe to process payment)
• Comply with legal obligations

We take reasonable steps to protect your information, but no system is 100% secure.
