Rental Agreement
and Terms of Service

TNT Rental LLC  /  Effective date: August 1, 2026

These are the terms of your rental from TNT Rental LLC. By checking the agreement box and completing payment at checkout, you (the Renter) agree to these terms.

Equipment Responsibility

You are responsible for all rented totes and equipment from delivery until pickup is completed. All items must be returned in the same condition as delivered, normal wear and tear excepted.

Damage or Loss

Replacement costs:

• Tote (bin plus lid): $10 each
• Tote Cart: $40
• Hand truck: $150

Any damaged or missing items will be charged to the card on file or invoiced.

Late Returns and Extensions

If items are not ready for pickup on the scheduled date, additional charges may apply:

• 20 totes: $40 per extra week
• 40 totes: $60 per extra week
• 60 totes: $80 per extra week
• Hand truck: $40 per extra week on its own; $20 per extra week when added to a tote package

If you need more time, just let us know before your pickup date. Extensions are subject to availability.

Pickup Access

All totes must be empty, accessible, and ready for pickup. If they are not accessible, additional fees may apply.

Proper Use

Totes may not be used for:

• Hazardous materials
• Liquids without proper sealing
• Illegal or damaging contents

You are responsible for any damage caused by misuse.

Liability

TNT Rental LLC is not liable for injury or damage to personal property during use. You assume all risks associated with use of the equipment.

Condition Acknowledgment

All items are delivered clean and in usable condition.

Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel for a full refund any time before delivery. Once totes or equipment have been delivered, the rental fee for the booked period is non-refundable. If you return items early, no partial refund is issued for unused days unless we agree otherwise in writing.

Changes and Extensions

Contact us before your scheduled pickup date if you need an extension. Extensions are subject to availability and additional charges.

Non-Return and Replacement Charges

If equipment is not returned within 30 days of delivery and no extension is arranged, it will be considered unreturned, and you authorize TNT Rental LLC to charge the card on file or invoice you for the replacement costs listed above. Items returned after charges may be refunded at our discretion.

North Dakota Sales Tax

Sales tax on this rental has been paid by TNT Rental LLC on the purchase price of the equipment under North Dakota law and is not separately charged to you.

Governing Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of North Dakota.

Acknowledgment

By checking the agreement box and completing payment at checkout, the Renter acknowledges they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.
